De Krans Wynkelder in Calitzdorp is wêreldbekend vir sy uitstekende portwyne. De Krans het in 2011 twee vyfstergraderings in die gesaghebbende Platter-wyngids ontvang asook twee dubbelgoue medaljes by die 2010 Veritas-kompetisie. De Krans produseer ook 'n reeks interessante, goeie gehalte wit- en rooiwyne, en is bekroon as kampioenkelder by die Suid-Kaap Markklaarwynskou in 2008, 2009 en 2010.
